You are solely responsible for ensuring your advertisements comply with all applicable platform policies and advertising regulations.

6. Fees and Payment

Url2Ad charges a percentage-based fee on advertising spend managed through the platform. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. By using the Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Additional terms:

• Fees are calculated based on actual ad spend processed through Url2Ad
• Payment is due according to the billing cycle specified in your account
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Url2Ad and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content and data. By using the Service, you grant Url2Ad a limited license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate advertising copy, headlines, and other content. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or require editing. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing. Url2Ad does not guarantee the performance or effectiveness of AI-generated advertising content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. URL2AD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URL2AD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO URL2AD IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
